Training Style
I like to tailor my training sessions to the client's needs. Like everything else in life, exercise is personal and not everyone is the same. Once, the specifics needs and goals are established we go from there.
Philosophy
I believe that exercise and a healthy lifestyle need to be enjoyable to be maintainable. A healthy lifestyle is a long-term commitment, why would anyone stick to something you hate doing? I also believe that accountability is the key to sticking to an exercise regimen. Having a workout partner of any sort (personal trainer, friend, group fitness class, etc) will help anyone reach his or her goals.
About me
When I am not teaching a group fitness class, training or working out I am enjoying time with my 2-pups and my amazing group of friends.
