Training Style
I like to focus on each person's individual goal, whether it is a 5 K, triathlon or a comfortable childbirth, and work towards that. I place a large emphasis on the core and I love to try unique exercises to make working out more fun. My goal is to help everyone learn to love fitness and think of it as a pleasure rather than a duty.
Philosophy
You have to think outside the box when you think of fitness. Make it fun! Try different things to keep it exciting. I might jump rope one day, run stairs another or do yoga on another day. It's just as important for your mental health to enjoy your workouts as it is for your physical health!
My motivation really comes from within. I love to set new and different goals for myself and work towards those. I also want to set a good example for family and clients so it's important to me to live a healthy lifestyle.
About me
I am passionate about working with people. I spent 12 years as a Social Worker and have found that all these years of counseling have helped me greatly as a Personal Trainer.
I like to spend my free time running or biking with my husband, Keith. When I'm not doing that you will find me snuggling with my bulldog, Georgia Love.
