My workouts consist mostly of circuit training with a mixture of cardio and strength. I engage the entire body, while focusing on endurance training.
Philosophy
I believe everyone needs to make the most of the time they have allotted for exercise. You should work harder when you're motivated and have more time. However, don't be too hard on yourself when you have to cut your workout short.
