Personal TrainingOur training is individually tailored to meet our clients' specific needs and fitness goals. Each program offers a balance of strength, endurance, flexibility, diet and rest. Sessions are typically one hour and are supervised by your certified trainer. Partner sessions are also offered at the discretion of the trainer. You will be provided a fitness evaluation and consultation before your first session in order to determine your fitness level and to design the appropriate fitness program to meet your goals and your body's fitness needs.
Private Pilates and Reformer ClassesPilates is a unique form of exercise that focuses on the core section of the body- tones and lengthens muscles, increases abdominal and back strength, improves posture, reduces joint and lower back pain and reduces stress and tension. The Pilates Reformer helps one establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk. It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints. Juli Hurdle is available for private Reformer classes.
Private YogaYoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation. Yoga postures build strength and increase flexibility. Sarah Ledbetter offers private Yoga classes for both new and seasoned practitioners. Sarah places emphasis on learning and maintaining proper alignment while flowing in sequences of poses.
