Training Style
Balance, coordination and agility training is camouflaged into all of my clients' workouts. True fitness is so much more than just being able to lift a dumbbell. I like to keep things constantly changing to prevent boredom and plateau. Be prepared to work...hard!
Philosophy
If you don't use it you lose it! I believe that exercise should be a part of everyone's life. Whether it is flexibility or muscle tone, it slips away so quickly when sedentary. Your body is amazing in so many ways and you are in control of how it ends up. Continue to challenge it throughout your life and it won't let you down later. And remember, it's important to reward yourself when the job is well done! Work hard, play hard!
About me
Being active is important to me and my family. As a professional figure skater, I have participated in many different types of training. Those fundamentals translated into other sports such as boxing, competitive USTA tennis and my latest challenge, golf. My interests have changed over the years but my competitive nature lives on.
