Training Style
I believe people should train according to what their goals are. I adapt my style to the person I am working with. Train hard, but smart. Variety is good. Have fun, but not at the expense of getting results.
Philosophy
I believe that first and foremost one needs to establish their training goal. I believe in training hard, but you should always listen to your body, because there is a direct correlation between effort and results. I believe working out should be fun and interesting. I believe that sleep and nutrition are often overlooked components of fitness. Health and fitness should not be compartmentalized; rather they should be integrated into all areas of our lives.
About me
I enjoy learning new things, meeting new people, listening to music, reading good books, watching great and not so great movies, and discussing philosophy, art, automobiles and debating science and politics. Oh yeah, I like working out as well.
