Training Style
In order to get you in the best shape of your life, you need to be pushed just a little outside your comfort zone... every time.  I work hard to build a trusting relationship with my clients so that they are willing to challenge themselves and see quick results.  I feel my greatest asset as a personal trainer is motivating my clients so that they feel as though they can do anything they set their mind to, and I will be there every step of the way.  My goal is for my clients to leave each session with a boost of confidence.  You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish! 
 
Philosophy
I want you to be truly happy, and believe that true happiness is not achievable if your body is neglected.  It's amazing how individual lives can be changed by increasing their fitness level, and thereby, self-esteem.  Focus, work hard, and be proud!

About Me

There is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with my children (Jack is 5 and Caroline is 3) and my husband.  Aside from that, I enjoy cooking, sewing, gardening, photography, pottery, snow skiing, the beach, reading, and running.
